Staff INSET

What do staff get up to on inset days?! Hillingdon Grange staff all met together at the Upton Grange site for a day of Trauma Informed Practice training, led by Clinical Psychologist and Regional Clinical Lead, Clare Knowler, with the support of Susannah Davis, Learning and Development – Quality and Development Manager. It is not often all of our staff can meet together to share insight and experience – and this was a much appreciated opportunity.
